Click & Collect

We offer Click & Collect provided the stock is readily available in store. Please allow for processing time. You will be contacted by our Customer Service Team when your order is ready to be collected. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you about your order. 

Postage

Distinctive Image Workwear posts to Australia only.

For orders under $100 we offer $12.95 flat rate shipping. For free shipping on orders above $100 to apply, all applicable discounts and codes need to be applied. Online orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday provided the stock is readily available. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you about your order. 

Orders are dispatched via Australia Post and a tracking number will be provided. 

Changing your shipping address

Your shipping address can be changed provided it has not left the Distinctive Image Warehouse. Please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible on (02) 4577 5901 or email weborders@distinctiveimage.com.au stating your order number and new shipping address.
